Well, I am your native-born Baguio boy, who was raised here in the good old city of Pines. I started practicing as a real estate service provider a few years ago. Having both good and bad experiences has given me the knowledge and wisdom to do a good job for my clients

My Revelation…
When I started to practice the real estate business in Metro Baguio, I witnessed a lot of malpractice, and it caused me to have compassion for the clients and want to provide them with honest service. But, unfortunately, I can’t deny that there are many unscrupulous practitioners in this industry, including shady brokerage companies and even real estate developers. They prey on naive individuals who are persuaded to buy questionable properties and often make false promises, leaving clients with no means to hold the agents accountable for their deceptive practices.
