The best property lot type for me is the corner lot because you can have a wider frontage and it is always coveted by many. So, re-selling it is easier. Next is a through and through lot which front and back of the property have road access.
The property lot that is hard to sell is interior lots and irregular shapes. So if possible, make them your secondary choice.

Try to dodge Tertiary Property Lots if possible, this is the lots that are in the end part of the subdivision. In Baguio, there are some exceptions if these tertiary lots have nice panoramic views and terrain. Like the one, we are selling in San Luis.
